On December 3, 2023, Professor Cho Young-hoon of KOPEL received the Minister of Trade, Industry and Energy Award at the Electricity Industry Day 2023, hosted by the Korea Electrical Manufacturers Association (KOEMA).
This award recognizes his outstanding contributions to the field of power electronics research and education, as well as his leadership in fostering collaboration between academia and industry.
The ceremony was held at the InterContinental Hotel, Seoul, and attended by distinguished figures from industry, academia, and government.
